Episcopal Church Women
The ECW offers an opportunity for women to develop their full potential through regular meetings to share fellowship, projects and pot-luck luncheons. The ECW meets monthly from September through June, normally on the Third Monday of the month at noon in the Cafe. We also hear speakers on a variety of topics, share books we have loved, and in the summer months meet for lunch and fellowship at a local restaurant.
We sponsor the Helpful Shop grants-award meeting and the Helpful Shop volunteer recognition luncheon.
The ECW have made blankets for the Rebele Family Shelter (part of the Santa Cruz Homeless Services Center) for a number of years and more recently for The Pajaro Valley Family Center in Watsonville.
All parish women are automatically members of the ECW and our outreach also invites the parish men to join us in our activities.
