2022 Beach Clean up Day
On June 4, 2022 St. John's held its first beach clean up day of 2022. St. John's has adapted Seacliff State Beach through Save our Shores. Below are photo's of the event taken by various photographers.
Thank you to those folks who were able to make it our first beach cleanup day of 2022 at our adopted beach – Seacliff State Park.
The following people participated in this cleanup:
Rick Becton
Butlers; Kathy, Thomas & Laura
Bart Coddington
Nelson Crandall
Janet Duncan
Leonard Foreman
Annie Henry
Maritza Medina & Jovany
Jeanne O’Grady
We picked up lots of small pieces of plastic that were on their way to becoming part of the micro-plastic tide that is making its way into all the waterways and fish of the planet.
I think we all got to know other parishioners a little better. Since we have adopted Seacliff Beach we will have at two more cleanups in 2022, 7/30 and 10/15. Hope to see you there!
